Kure Healthcare Talent Solutions is looking for an experienced part-time Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for our healthcare clients, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across clinical, operational and leadership roles

• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks and other recruiting channels

• Conduct candidate screens and manage candidates throughout the interview and offer process

• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies

• Write and optimize job postings and recruitment marketing content

• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Maintain accurate candidate activity and recruiting data within applicant tracking systems

• Support recruiting events, career fairs and other talent initiatives

• Deliver a high-touch candidate and client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Healthcare recruiting experience required, with experience recruiting roles such as Physical Therapists, nurses, imaging professionals, physicians/providers or other clinical healthcare positions

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer

• Strong sourcing and passive candidate outreach skills

• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers

• Excellent communication, relationship-building and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple searches, clients and priorities

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology

• Self-directed, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Physical Therapists and other rehabilitation roles

• Proactively source and engage experienced clinicians, new graduates and students

• Build relationships with PT schools, professional organizations and industry networks

• Develop talent pipelines in competitive markets

• Conduct candidate screens and manage candidates throughout the interview and offer process

• Partner directly with clients and hiring managers to understand their practices, culture and hiring needs

• Support recruitment marketing, career fairs, conferences and student outreach

• Maintain candidate activity and recruiting data within applicant tracking systems

What We’re Looking For

• Direct Physical Therapy recruiting experience required

• Strong understanding of the PT talent market and the challenges of recruiting Physical Therapists

• Experience managing full-cycle PT searches from sourcing through offer

• Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive PT candidates

• Existing knowledge of PT recruiting channels, schools, professional organizations and talent networks

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple searches, clients and markets simultaneously

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology

You’ll work directly with Kure leadership and contribute to real client and company initiatives across Talent Acquisition, employer branding, marketing and business growth.

• Support market, competitor and industry research

• Assist with employer branding, marketing and content initiatives

• Help develop presentations, client materials and internal resources

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing an MBA, marketing or related undergraduate/graduate degree
