In this role, you will serve as a key link between assigned clients and the entire Kure team, building long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships. As a client advocate and main point of contact, you will fully understand client needs and determine how Kure will meet those needs. Your typical day:
Serve as main point of contact for assigned clients, building ongoing relationships based on trust and respect
Communicate regularly and coordinate information about a project’s scope, budget, and timelines
Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to advance projects, report outcomes, and meet clients’ goals
Develop and monitor project budgets and timelines
Track project activities within project management software
Organize regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service
Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes
Qualify inbound leads and prospects via phone and email
Prospect new sale opportunities by cold calling businesses
Report and record all sales activities in a web-based CRM system

Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field
2+ years working in a healthcare operational or clinical role such as a healthcare recruiter, business development/sales rep, or practice manager

Kure is expanding our physician liaison team and is now hiring an experienced and self-driven Medical Sales Representative for immediate opportunities in the Baltimore region. In this role, you will develop strategic plans designed to create new business for your assigned clients and territory. A significant amount of time will be spent in the field, face to face with prospects, building and fostering physician/referral source relationships. You will work with internal teams as well as with doctors to ensure that practices are meeting or exceeding new patient goals.

Your typical day:
Meet with doctors, referral coordinators, practice administrators, hospital medical teams, etc.—includes both pre-arranged appointments and regular cold calling
Educate doctors, practice staff and nurses, etc. about your assigned client, including who they are, what they do, and why they should refer their patients to this practice

Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administration staff
