Lisa is a dynamic and proven healthcare leader with deep experience growing PE-backed and provider-led organizations. She began her career as a founding member of an outpatient physical therapy practice, helping lead its expansion from one clinic to hundreds across multiple states and through two private equity transactions.
She has built and led high-performing HR and Talent Acquisition teams and is known for creating scalable systems and stand out employer brands. Lisa also served as Head of Talent Acquisition for a VC-backed, value-based primary care startup, where she built the recruiting function and hired for key clinical and corporate roles.
Her work spans multiple specialties—including physical therapy, dental, dermatology, and primary care—helping private practices strengthen their teams, define their culture, and scale with purpose.
