Lisa is an executive and Talent Acquisition leader with more than 20 years of experience helping healthcare organizations grow and build great teams. Early in her healthcare career, she joined a PT-owned private practice and helped scale the organization from a single location to more than 250 locations nationally, including through a successful private equity transaction.
Throughout her career, Lisa has held leadership roles across marketing, business development, de novo growth, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, supporting companies through periods of significant growth and change.
As the founder of Kure, Lisa works across a wide range of healthcare specialties, including physical therapy, medical imaging, dental, dermatology and cardiology. Her work spans full-cycle recruiting, Talent Acquisition strategy and infrastructure, People Operations, employee engagement and employer branding. She also steps into fractional Talent and HR leadership roles, leading internal teams, overseeing day-to-day functions, and building the people, systems and processes organizations need to grow.
Lisa is also passionate about developing the next generation of healthcare professionals and leaders. She serves on the advisory board for Binghamton University’s Physical Therapy program, regularly speaks on career development, recruiting and talent, and especially enjoys working with students and early-career professionals as they prepare to enter the workforce.
