Through strategic vision, operational leadership, and innovative sales and marketing, she helped expand the company from just a handful of clinics to hundreds across multiple states.

Lisa has built and led high-performing HR and Talent Acquisition teams and is known for creating scalable systems and stand out employer brands. Lisa also served as Head of Talent Acquisition for a VC-backed, value-based primary care startup, where she built the recruiting function and hired for key clinical and corporate roles.
