Through strategic vision, operational leadership, and innovative sales and marketing, she helped expand the company from just a handful of clinics to hundreds across multiple states.
Since then, Katie has brought her expertise to a variety of healthcare sectors, including ophthalmology, podiatry, primary care, and senior care. She has led multiple startups, guiding practices from concept to opening while driving operational and brand excellence along the way.
