Kure Practice Resource Partners was founded by an all-women team of high-performing healthcare leaders with proven experience in taking one practice start-ups to scale to sale. During our time at other organizations, we began receiving numerous requests from healthcare partners seeking our expertise to guide their business strategy and growth. The demand for our strategic insights was overwhelming, and it became apparent that there is a significant gap in the market. This realization served as the catalyst for us to start Kure.

WE LEAD WITH…
PURPOSE
The intent of our work is to meaningfully impact the lives of our partners, their practices and, above all, their patients. We tackle every project intentionally, with a clear sense of direction, meaning, and awareness of the why. We balance immediate actions with a forward-looking mindset.
HUMILITY
We strive to provide best-in-class advice and solutions based on our proven expertise but remain open to feedback and learning. We acknowledge, respect, and welcome the contribution of others.
INTEGRITY
We operate under the highest ethical standards in all aspects of our business. Behind every action and interaction, we aim to keep promises, respect and protect confidentiality, fulfill commitments, and act with reliability and consistency.
A PARTNER-CENTERED APPROACH
Our partners are the center of all that we do, and their needs and satisfaction are our utmost priority. We strive to provide superior customer service, anticipate needs and requirements, and promptly address all issues and concerns.
WHY WE EXIST
HIRING &
RETENTION ISSUES
Workforce shortages, burnout, and high turnover make it harder than ever for private practices to attract and retain top talent. Competing with hospitals and corporate groups requires a strategic, sales-driven hiring approach and a focus on long-term employee retention.
OPERATIONAL & GROWTH CHALLENGES
Many clinician-owned practices lack the internal infrastructure for expansion. Without dedicated teams for HR, recruiting, operations, or business development, practice managers or providers are left to juggle hiring, payroll, compliance, sales, and financial planning while still treating patients.
MARKETING &
BRAND LIMITATIONS
Practices struggle with brand awareness, patient acquisition, and employer branding—often due to limited marketing expertise. Without a clear brand identity, strong digital presence, referral strategy, and meaningful community engagement, it’s challenging to stand out.
SCALABILITY &
STARTUPS EXPERTISE
Opening a new location or expanding services requires expertise in real estate selection, operational setup, patient acquisition, and financial planning—areas that many clinicians don’t have the time or background to manage effectively.
